Packing and Selling food-based products comes with an extensive list of regulations. Here at CTI, we have certifications in SQF, NSF/ANSI 455-2, QAI organic, and OU Kosher. Our Quality team has the training and understanding of these regulations and can help you take the guesswork out of packing a quality safe product for your consumers.
A major factor in ensuring your product sells is creating an aesthetically pleasing design that will catch the eye of your target consumer. Our contact packaging process can help you identify the best packaging container to not only attract buyers but, also to maintain the freshness and the quality of your product. At CTI we have a personal mission to be more sustainable and explore green packaging initiatives. If this is something near and dear to your company’s values and mission, we would love to help you make that a reality.
Here at CTI, we use a 3 phase approach to our packing design and development process. Each phase is unique and important, allowing us to deliver a customized and thorough approach to each customer and product. Ultimately, this will allow us to service you and your company is the best way possible so you can deliver the best product to your customers!
Our contract packaging process begins with research and analysis. In this phase, we begin studying your packing to gain an understanding of the look, feel, and functionality you desire. We will compare your packaging to competitors to see how you compare and differ from other high-selling products in your market. This phase allows us to provide feedback on ways to improve products on both an aesthetic and functional level and sets us up to better assist in the following phases.
During the Strategy Phase, we will determine the areas that are most concerning about the current packaging design. We will discuss with you how these concerns affect packaging and or the product and use this as a guide for possible new packaging improvements. With your input, we can determine the benefits of your package and how to improve upon them.
The last phase of the contract packaging process involves creating the initial concepts surrounding your new packaging. We do this with the information gathered during the first two phases of our process. We’ll help you create a concept after you’ve approved the design, and then we’ll help you prototype and manufacture the new product concept at our facility located in Bristol Indiana.
